We meet regularly throughout each month. The exact cadence is confirmed at the strategy call based on your schedule and the scope of your build. Between sessions, I am working on the systems we have prioritized. You review, give direction, and make decisions. You stay in the visionary seat. I run the build.
Ninety days builds the highest-leverage infrastructure across the five layers for your specific organization. Not every system in every layer. The Diagnose phase identifies what the build prioritizes. If the scope at Month Three completion warrants a continued relationship, the maintenance retainer is available at three tiers starting at $100 per month. That decision gets made at handoff, not upfront.
